Practical skills workshops

You must register for the Certificate Course and complete the online course component and pre-learning activities before attending an optional face-to-face workshop. Each Certificate Course has unique entry requirements and is suitable for specific degree-qualified medical practitioners only; please read the information on the course webpage before enrolling.

If you have not already provided your RACGP or ACRRM number, please bring this information to the workshop. Please review the venue information that was emailed to you upon registration so you can find us on the day.

The recommended dress code is smart casual with enclosed shoes (for your safety throughout the practical sessions). Please bring a jacket with you as rooms can be cooler for some.

Important note for Musculoskeletal & Sports Medicine Workshop attendees:
The MSK workshop is fully practical with an expectation that all participants will be fully immersed and practise the teachings on each other. Therefore, there is a strict dress code: all participants must wear T-shirts and shorts to the practical sessions.

All consumables required for your practical sessions will be supplied. Your supplies will be individually boxed and include a pen and Learning Journal. Tea and coffee will be available on arrival. Your morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea breaks will be catered for.

Should you be unable to attend a practical workshop you have registered for, please inform us asap at admin@healthcert.com. This will allow us to make your place available to waitlisted doctors. HealthCert Education workshops are CPD accredited. Your professional development hours will be uploaded to your college dashboard once you have attended the workshop and completed your pre- and post-course reflective activities via eLearning.
