This week's case discussion from Dr Terry Harvey features a 45-year-old female patient who presented with concerns about a new lesion on her left forearm. She stated it had grown over months.

Update

This lesion was excised, and the pathology showed a melanoma of superficial spreading subtype with a Breslow thickness of 0.4mm. It subsequently had an elliptical wide local excision, and the site remains free of any recurrence now three years later.
