In this week's case discussion, from Dr Terry Harvey, we look at a 43-year-old woman who presented for a full skin check with concerns about a lesion on her chest, as her mother had recently been diagnosed with melanoma.
The lesion was 8x9mm. What do you think of it? What would you do next?
The lesion was excised and the result was a pigmented superficial multifocal basal cell carcinoma.
