How would you treat these three lesions on the same patient?

Written by HealthCert Education | Aug 20, 2023 9:00:00 PM

In this week's case discussion, submitted by Dr David Stewart, we look at a 55-year-old male patient who works outdoors and had an SCC treated on his nose in 2019.

At his recent skin check, the patient reported the spot on his nose had recurred, but he was unaware of two other spots identified on his face (circled). Here we have:

1. Forehead
2. Glabella
3. Nose

What are your suspected and differential diagnoses?

Update
