How would you manage this scar-like lesion on the face?

In this week's case discussion, submitted by Dr Heather Lawson, we look at a 43-year-old lady who presents for the first time for a skin check.

The patient has a scar visible next to her nose that seems insignificant until she mentions it was a sore which she picked at until it finally healed. This prompts Dr Lawson to check it more thoroughly.

Pathology showed an infiltrating BCC invading to the deep dermis.
