How would you manage this lesion under the toenail?

Written by HealthCert Education | Nov 18, 2024 3:53:00 AM

In this week's case discussion, submitted by Dr John O'Bryen, a 61-year-old lady presents with concerns about discolouration in her right big toenail.

The patient has a history of SCC and BCC. She recently saw a movie about Bob Marley and is now concerned she has nail melanoma.

What is your diagnosis, and what would you do next?

Please leave your comments today and check back for the outcome from Wednesday at 2.00pm AEDT (1.00pm AEST).
