In this week's case discussion from Dr Terry Harvey, this 20x17mm pigmented lesion is present on the anterior leg of a 70-year-old man. He states it has been growing over years, with a new area centrally that has become raised.
How do you manage this patient?
A broad shave sample revealed this lesion to be a combined solar lentigo and seborrhoeic keratosis with no evidence of a melanocytic proliferation.
