Update

This is Dr DeAmbrosis' management plan:

1. Swab MCS & viral PCR to exclude bacterial/viral superinfection

2. Analysis of topical regime to exclude allergic contact dermatitis cause/component

3. Workup: FBC, ELFT, IgE, strongyloidiasis exclusion

4. Prescription provided Advantan FO with emollient for 6 weeks then review

5. If non-response/minimal for Dupilumab application to PBS
