In this week's case discussion from Dr Terry Harvey, we look at a flat 8x9mm pigmented lesion found on a 45-year-old male patient who presents for a follow-up skin check following the diagnosis of a 2.4mm Breslow melanoma on his left arm.

He is unaware of this lesion located on his back.
