How would you manage these two lesions on the face?

In this week's case discussion, submitted by Adrian Quek, we look at the case of a 63-year-old Greek gentleman who presents for a skin check for the first time. 

He has numerous pigmented lesions. These two are darker than the others. What are your thoughts on diagnosis and management?

Pathology of both lesions was reported as superficial multifocal BCC.
