In this week's case discussion, submitted by Dr John O'Bryen, we look at a pink, asymptomatic lesion noticed on the scalp of a 74-year-old lady during her annual skin check.

Update

A shave sample biopsy reports superficial and nodular basal cell carcinoma. The patient is scheduled for an elliptical excision of the lesion.
