In this week's case discussion, submitted by Dr Terry Harvey, we look at a lesion on the medial foot of a 65-year-old female patient.

The patient states it is painful to wear shoes, and the lesion has bled when rubbed.

Update

The lesion was excised and the diagnosis was basal cell carcinoma.
