How would you manage this lesion on a 76-year-old female?

In this week's case discussion, we revisit a submission from Dr Leanne Drew in which a 76-year-old female patient presents for her first ever skin check.

There is no past or family history. This lesion is found on her left distal upper arm.

What do you think of the dermoscopy image and what would you do in this case?

Update

The initial report came back as benign, so Dr Drew queried this with the pathologist who got a second opinion and did a PRAME stain, which still came back benign.
